  1. Take a few minutes to reflect on your wellness dimensions

  2. Make a note on a post-it for each

  3. Place the post-its someplace visible.

Then Consider…

  1. Where am I overwhelmed?

  2. Which dimensions are most depleted?

  3. What’s within my control?

  4. What can I let go of that will allow me to breathe?
